Fee Reduction for Siblings

Second and subsequent siblings will receive 10% off the current tuition. This discount only applies as long as more than one sibling is attending school. One sibling from the family must be full fee-paying. The 10% discount will be applied to the tuition of the lowest-paying sibling. For more information please email [email protected]


Receipts are issued for tuition and Before and After School Care costs, as well as charitable donations to the school. Replacement copies cost $25. Please allow four business days for processing.  

New Student Fee 

Each new student must pay our one-time, non- refundable fee of 5,000, and the non-refundable registration fee of $1,000, totalling $6,000.   We encourage you to re-register by the deadline to avoid losing your space due to a high number of new applicants in some grades.

Returning Student Re- Registration Fee:

To reserve their spot for the following year, returning students must pay the non-refundable registration fee of $1,000 by February 19th, 2024. Late registration costs $1,200. 

Withdrawal or Removal (Before the completion of the school year):

To plan the operating budget, The Linden School establishes fees and makes contractual commitments in advance of the academic year. Therefore, when a student is enrolled it is understood that a place is reserved for the entire school year and parents or guardians are responsible for all fees. If a student withdraws after registration or re-registration, fees due depend upon the date of withdrawal as follows:

Notice Between: June 2 - August 31, 2024

-50% of Tuition

Notice Between: September 1 - September 30, 2024

-65% of Tuition

Notice After: October 2, 2024 

-100% of Tuition

The principal reserves the right to ask for the removal of any student who fails to reach the standards expected of them by the school either work or conduct. The notice schedule listed above applies to student removal, except if a student is asked not to return to Linden for any reason prior to the start of the new academic year when all tuition fees paid to date will be refunded. 

Late Fees:

Consequences for late payments without making acceptable payment arrangements with the finance department include one or more of the following. 

  • The student will be not permitted to attend class classes, participate in school activities, or take examinations.
  • You will not receive any grades or transcripts from the school. 
  • You will not be provided with receipts for income tax purposes.
  • The student will not be permitted to re-enroll in school. 

A $25 fee is applied to any NSF cheque.
