Personalized Academic Roadmap

At The Linden School, we believe every student’s journey is unique. Our Personalized Academic Roadmap program connects students with a dedicated Learning Strategist who offers one-on-one guidance tailored to their needs and aspirations.

Program Components:

• Individual Career & Course Planning:
  Our Learning Strategist meets with each student to review their interests and discuss potential career paths. They craft a personalized course selection plan that aligns with each student’s academic goals and future ambitions.

• Ongoing Support & Follow-Up:
  We schedule regular follow-up sessions to monitor progress, adjust course plans, and provide continuous support throughout the academic year.

• Grade 12 Coaching:
  For our senior students, we offer specialized one-on-one coaching focused on navigating the college and university application process. This includes personalized guidance on application strategies and support in identifying and applying for scholarships, bursaries, and other financial aid opportunities.

Our program empowers students to make informed decisions about their education and future careers. With personalized attention and expert guidance, we help students build a strong academic foundation and set a clear path to success beyond Linden.
