Skilled Racers at the Withrow Cup!

Elizabeth Ward McCarthy and I had the pleasure of coaching our junior cross country runners at the Withrow Cup on October 8th. What a fun day!

Our runners raced with determination, courage, clever tactics, and team love. It was a real Linden Nation spirit day full of high energy, positivity, laughs, tired hugs from teammates, and risk taking. Our athletes were incredible representatives of our school.

We left the park with personal bests, sweat, smiles, proud memories and a lot of “Run Love.”
