Linden Students Make the Grade When it Comes to Science Fairs

Students at The Linden School have achieved tremendous success at city and country wide science fairs.
This year, Linden’s Emily Wiener, from Grade 8, received a gold medal at the Toronto Sci-Tech Fair. The gold medal was given to 33 students out of the approximately 600 who participated in the fair. All of the gold medal winners were invited to participate in the Canada Wide Science Fair, held in Saskatoon. Wiener also received a Sci-Tech Ontario Stepping-Stone Award, which funded her stay in Saskatoon.
