Junior Field Trip: Animation Studio

As part of the Grade 3 & 4 Social Studies and Technology program, we are currently making stop-motion whiteboard animations. On May 23, 2017, we visited Portfolio Entertainment, a real animation studio where we learned about the process of creating an animation film.

Portfolio Entertainment is a leading Toronto-based production company. They are currently producing a number of children animations such as the Cat in the Hat series. The two CEOs and co-founders are great female role models for Linden students.  As successful businesswomen who are influential in their field, they are at the top of a dynamic and competitive industry.
