For her summative health assignment, Samantha Peng picked a sport where she could demonstrate different running techniques through video. "This is a 5-minute video on how to run properly so that you don't injure yourself when you go faster. A lot of people don't realize that there is actually a proper way to run, so I thought it would be interesting to do a video on this topic. Plus, I really enjoy running," shares Samantha.
