Used Book Sale: Over $400 raised for Linden’s technology library

A big thank you to everyone who supported the Used Book Sale this year. Over 800 books were donated and we raised over $400. Your generous support will allow us to update and expand Linden's technological library, potentially with tablets, laptops, and more.

Special thanks to Caron, Daragh, Mieko, Maggie, Pippa and Cleo who came in on the weekend to organize books; Kenya, Heather, Caron and Lisa who helped out on the day of the sale; and also to Heather and Peter who took the leftover books to be donated to community organizations.

We are already looking forward to next year's sale, and in the meantime I will happily sit down with some of my "new" books to enjoy.
