After an 11-week season, coach Amy and myself could not have been more proud of our volleyball team. The U20 volleyball team this year showed an amazing work ethic at practices, wonderful leadership on and off the court from our senior players, and a never-ending supply of positivity from game to game.

This year, the SSAF (Small School Athletic Federation) saw its largest girls league participation with 16 teams vying for a spot in the playoff tournament. After an up-and-down season Linden saved their best play until the end to grab a 3rd place finish in the south league and a spot at the playoff tournament on Thursday, March 3.

Tournament day proved to be a real test with incredible competition coming from the teams from the north league, and our Linden athletes certainly stepped up to the challenge. Quality service reception, smart tips and net coverage, and all out launch-yourself-across-the-court digs kept Linden in each match. The fight and tenacity shown by Linden's veteran players was awe-inspiring to see and the support and encouragement from our new players was unmatched. Congratulations team on a season to be proud of!
