Big sister helping little sister in Programming Club!

Programming Club is underway for another exciting year of coding projects! This year, we're beginning with an intensive dive into Scratch using the Google CS First program, where girls are learning skills in a progressive way and adding badges to their programming passports!

Later in the year, girls will be choosing their own areas of interest, and teaching and learning together as they make discoveries in animation, web design, or text-based programming in Python. One of the most exciting parts of Programming Club is seeing more experienced girls share their excitement and knowledge with others. Feel free to stop by and see what they're creating! Programming Club meets on Tuesdays from 4-5 in the computer lab.
